Who doesn’t like to eat out every now and then? The real question is can you eat a heart healthy meal at your favorite restaurant? The answer is yes, and we are going to show you how.
In celebration of American Heart Month, Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare has partnered with four local restaurants to offer you the opportunity to enjoy a heart-healthy three-course meal. An EMHC dietitian will be there to introduce each course and give you tips on how to order a heart-healthy meal anywhere. In addition, a cardiologist from Midwest Heart Specialists will speak about overall heart health and the heart scan available at EMHC. Finally, you’ll hear from a patient whose life was saved by a heart scan. An evening devoted to your heart.
