Let the Hospital’s Executive Chef Jim Roth be your guide as he walks you through a local farmers’ market pointing out how to choose the best produce, how to clean it, store it and then cook with it! Attendees will receive a reusable bag for produce as well as recipes. Registration is required, $5 per market fee.
